Member Rate

To qualify for the member rate, you must be a current financial member of ARMS. To become a member of the Australasian Research Management Society, please click here.

 

Payment

Full payment must be received prior to the commencement of the ARMS 2018 Conference. Payment of early bird and standard fees are required by the specified date to quality for the rate.

When payment is received, a confirmation of registration will be sent to your nominated email address. This confirmation email will include a tax invoice.

Payment can be made at point of online registration via credit card, or can be made by electronic funds transfer.

Credit Card

Debits to your card will appear as “Australasian Research Management Society”.

Please note these payments will incur a merchant fee of 1.54% for all transactions.

Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy

Delegates are required to agree to terms and conditions at point of registration which indicates your acknowledgment that you will be liable for a cancellation fee if you are unable to attend. In the case of cancellations, please notify ARMS in writing via arms_events@researchmanagement.org.au. Delegates unable to attend are welcome to nominate a substitute.

Cancellations made on or before Friday 17th August 2018 (30 days prior to the conference) will be subject to a full refund of the registration fee, less a cancellation fee of $155.00.

Cancellations made after Friday 17th August 2018 (less than 30 days to the conference) will not be refunded and the delegate will be responsible for paying 100% of the registration fee.

Cancellations made for delegates registrations that include accommodation bookings will be further subject to the accommodation cancellation policy reference for the individual hotel here.

ARMS will take no responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates and encourage attendees to opt for travel insurance that includes loss of fees through cancellation of your attendance at the ARMS 2018 Conference.
